OUR RETURNS POLICY

Return any products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible. The items should be returned in the original packaging and the returns label attached to the package. A proof of postage receipt is advised.

PLACING AN ORDER

Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods and your selected p&p option only when your order is despatched. We currently accept PayPal.

Once you have placed an order for an alpaca product from DuPrem we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted are in euros and are exclusive of TVA.

The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value.
