Alpacas are not killed for their fur. All our fur products are made from the pelts of young alpacas which have died from natural causes in Peru. By responsibly sourcing theses ethically minded products it allows families to recieve financial support from the loss of income caused by the death of one of their herd. Alpacas are not bred for fur as they have far greater commercial value as fibre producers.
